As an active member of the XSCALE Alliance — a leading open source organization of Business Agility principles and agile practices —, we offer XSCALE Alliance training classes in business agility as well as product management.
The XSCALE Alliance framework covers the complete spectrum of practices which supports agile product development: business agility, organizational excellence, and technical excellence, based on agile practices like Scrum, Kanban, XP, DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
As a member of the XSCALE Alliance steward council, we are actively contributing to the further development of the XSCALE framework – especially regarding business agility and agile auditing issues.

The XSCALE Business Agility practitioner training supports the transformation process from the traditional management style of the industrial age to a servant leadership model – which is now found at the core of any agile organization.
For this purpose, the XBA training combines components of various agile practices, from Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban or DevOps, to an integrated framework which enables the transition to a learning organization:
