However, the good thing about a community is that you never walk alone! We are all in this together, so let’s figure out what agile challenges we face in 2022 and how they might play out.

For the purpose of the workshop, we will identify the pressing issues for agile practitioners by using 25/10 Crowdsourcing. Once we have established a list, we break out into workgroups to delve into the individual topics using another Liberating Structure, the Conversation Café.
Finally, we will close the group work with a Shift & Share and an open discussion.
